DESCRIPTION:Provides support services to veterans and their families struggling during their community reintegration process. Assists veterans participating in the veterans' treatment court programs or in the Harris County Stars & Stripes Program.Offers outreach and referral, and training for veterans to become peer mentors and for first responders to assist Veterans in distress.
