Topics included are Understanding and Protesting Property Taxes, Planning For Unexpected Life Events, Disaster Preparedness & Common Housing Scams, Elder Law - Protecting Your Assets with an Estate Plan, Medicare Enrollment Process & Choosing Your Plan, Medicare & Healthcare Fraud and Scams Prevention, Financial Exploitation: Protect, Detect & Report Fraud, Mental Impact of Aging - The Process for Applying for Social Security and Disability Benefits, and Pros & Cons of Reverse Mortgages.
