INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call or visit the website for an application or intake center. Completed applications can be dropped off, emailed, faxed, or mailed at the attention of the Recovery Manager. If an individual would like assistance with the application packet, they will need to set up an appointment to meet with the Recovery Manager by calling the main phone.




DESCRIPTION:Provides applications for homeowners seeking a home buyout damaged in the 2015 and 2016 Storm and Flood, Hurricane Harvey and Storm Uri disasters.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Valid ID, proof of finances, warranty deed for damaged home or statement of ownership, Child support documents (if applicable), photos of property, property survey (if available), FEMA award/denial letter, SBA award/denial letter, Private insurance letter (if no insurance than an affidavit will be required), Letter or announcement of other assistance

ELIGIBILITY:Open to residents of Montgomery County who were impacted by the 2015 and 2016 Storm and Flood and Hurricane Harvey Disasters
