INTAKE PROCEDURE:Online applications are accepted until capacity is reached; The application and phone recording will report when the application is closed. NO WALK-INS.Clients may call to check the status of submitted applications via the phone line.




DESCRIPTION:Provides limited assistance for rent and utility assistance, gas cards; also provides case management.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Valid photo ID, Proof of address, and Proof of income; valid Driver License and current auto insurance for fuel/gas card service

ELIGIBILITY:Open to people in the service area who belong to one of the following groups: Single-headed households with children, Families with 5 or more minor children, Immigrants/Refugees, Older Adults (age 60+), People with disabilities. To qualify for rent assistance, must have a vacate notice or eviction notice; to qualify for mortgage assistance, must be at least two months in arrears; to qualify for utility assistance, must have a disconnection/cut-off notice; to qualify for fuel/gas card, must have valid driver license and current auto insurance.
