DESCRIPTION:Offers short and long-term case management for anyone impacted by Hurricane Harvey.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Valid identification, proof of income, and Proof of impact of Harvey (FEMA app, denial, insurance documentation, other similar proof)

ELIGIBILITY:Open to low and moderate-income families impacted by Hurricane Harvey
