DESCRIPTION:Coordinates and monitors services for clients with intellectural and/or developmental disabilities. Ensures that needs are being addressed, assists with consultation and coordination of changes in services, and authorizes services. Services include but are not limited to; residential care, vocational rehabilitation, transition services, respite services, clinic services, in home and family support grants, and day programs.
