Disaster Recovery Services - Hurricane Harvey (GHCF)

DESCRIPTION:Offers short and long-term case management aservices, basic needs assistance, emergency and temporary housing assistance, assistance accessing and applying for benefits, information and referral services, counseling and mental health services, financial assistance for minor home repairs and the replacement of furniture and appliances.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call for appointment, walk-ins accepted on a limited basis during morning business hours and for registration purposes only

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Valid identification, proof of income, Proof of impact of Harvey (FEMA app, denial, insurance documentation, other similar proof)

ELIGIBILITY:Low and moderate-income families

HOURS:Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
