INTAKE PROCEDURE:New Residential Care and Living Facilities must apply for a permit, for 3 or more non-familial persons living at facility or home. Apply for permit at Baytown City Hall or call (281) 420-5311 for information

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Comprehenisve facilty emergency plan is required to be submitted and approved as a condition of permit being issued. Required template is provided in Microsoft WORD in hard copy and writable elctronic file.
