Hurricane Harvey Relief (GHCF 4)

DESCRIPTION:Provides free, accessible mental health counseling in ten Houston schools for children and their families impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Services will re-establish emotional stability to these affected families.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:Contact school counselor who will provide referral to this agency for services.


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:No documents for enrolled school children, proof of income for families

ELIGIBILITY:Impacted by Hurricane Harvey, reside in coverage area, child enrolled at one of the following schools: Chavez High School; Lamar High School; Milby High School; Sam Houston Math, Science, and Technology Center; Scarborough High School; Texans Can Academy – Houston Southwest; Waltrip High School; and Wisdom High School, low income families. Offered to the student and their family.
