DESCRIPTION:Serves the individual needs of children and adolescents with severe emotional, behavioral, or mental disorders. Program focuses on the child's unique needs and strengths and works within the family system. In keeping with Tri-County's belief in the preservation of the family, the program encourages involvement of all family members, relatives, and the community.

FEES:Sliding scale; Accepts Medicare, Medicaid

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Child's Birth Certificate; Social Security Card; Insurance Card (if applicable); Guardian's Driver's License or Identification Card; Proof of Residence (i.e., utility bill); Proof of Income (or if non-working, wage detail by Texas Workforce Commission); Proof of Custody (if applicable)

ELIGIBILITY:Ages 3-17; Appropriate Mental Health Diagnosis; and Living within Montgomery, Liberty, or Walker Counties.
